I have tried to simulate both options but I end up with the same outcome. I expected that upon choosing “suspend”, depreciation would not be computed.

It may be helpful to know the Fixed Assets Preference setting - To depreciation in the Disposal period, or not.

 

Hi @Laura02 your right, FA Preferences “depreciate in disposal” needs to be disabled for it to resolved my queries, Thanks for this!
