How does everyone one handle a cost + project that uses expense/invoiced materials to build assemblies?  How do you capture the completed assemblies for the project? Would like to issue all those materials so they no longer show in the project whs along with the project to show the completed assy’s with the total cost of the materials used to make them.

 

Is there another way to do this?  I am seeing some use the issue transaction on the acumatica, however  it does not go on to explain what the project whs looks like after this is completed?  Does that project whs show no materials in that whs?  How do we get the completed assy to show on the project if a item was built? Is there a certain way this project needs to be set up to accomplish this?

 

Note: We created a Production Order, only to find out when the expense materials were released it put a 2nd expense on the project for the same materials show in that project whs.

 

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated
