Hi 

May i know if we can copy/duplicate existing generic inquiry to another new one ? From there, we will do some modification become another new generic inquiry.

Yes @erin we can create a new GI from existing GI and we can edit or do modifications if required.

Click on Paste and After proving the GI name

Once we click “ copy” , do we need to click “ +” button and “paste” it

Once i copy the generic inquiry and i noticed that the name is the same as below.

May i know how to change the name to differentiate?

 

Go to the Generic Inquiry and change the Site map title. Please find the screenshot below.
