I am a new Acumatica user and looking for a help ticket/ chat function in Acumatica that we can use for our internal teams to improve internal communication and get away from Whatsapp groups.


Does anyone have any ideas?

Please check out our case management functionality.

Though it didn't offer chat and groups like WhatsApp, is built for help desk management.
