I am currently wondering if there is a different way of making Employee records available to show in the Employee selector box.
I know that Workgroup members can select their fellow teammembers.
Our use case is that the Purchasing Team needs to assign an Owner of the PO different than their Group. It can be anybody within the organization.
As they are not using the complete Request, Requisition, Order process this would not pull over.
Any suggestions on how to effectively manage this by not creating a Workgroup with all Employees that needs to be maintained every time a new Employee is hired?
