That functionality currently does not exist on Sales Quotes from CRM. You can however do it from the actual Quotes Order Type. I opened the configurator on the Quotes in CRM and it is not an option. 

You could also suggest this be a future item in the Product Ideas. I believe it has value as well.

It is a slightly different question, the post you shared relates to a Sales Order of type Quote rather than a Sales Quote.
