I understand the overarching design of approvals is to lock a document once approved, needing the document to be placed on hold to be changed and resubmitted for approval and in many cases this make sense.
However, once a sales order is approved it seems Acumatica (2021 R2) is also preventing stock from being allocated to the sales order. This seems a little to restrictive as it prevents order / inventory management without putting it back on hold, allocating stock, and then having to re-submit for approval.
Has anyone found a work around for this scenario?
