Hi guys 

How can I create links on Help icon and that too on generic inquiry form.

Actual form links creation on help icon, I am aware about that but not able create on generic inquiry forms, guys can suggest me

Yaa.. got it guys if you want links on Generic Inquiry form then you should create a wiki article on Generic Inquiry Screen ID (Actual screen IDs && Generic Screen IDs these two are have to create Individually)

No need to create Two Articles to your requirement. You need to just do the below one:

click the below check box on the required Generic Inquiry  and try it once:
