We have a client that has 2 users that need to see the same Tasks on their Task List.

Access rights are the same for both users...what settings drive what shows up on a users Task list?

What am I missing?

This is a broad statement. Have you checked Roles (including Branch / Company access roles), restriction groups, etc?


Thanks @darylbowman  - I knew it was a broad statement.
I think I need to work on the client’s Workgroups to find the root of the problem.
