We have experienced a similar issue on all of our mass emails using SendGrid. I’d recommend starting a support case to report the bug to Acumatica and perhaps add a Product Idea/Suggestion that they fix it.
Our workaround has been to export unsubscribes or bad email addresses out of SendGrid and then update the lead contact records that have those email addresses prior to sending out a mass email through SendGrid.
