We keep getting the below error while trying to Run Project Billing.  We clearly have pending invoice amounts entered.  We just updated to a recent version of Acumatica last night, so I’m wondering if that could affect this? 

This does not happen on all jobs though.

I figured this one out.  Someone had closed all the tasks. 


@jmcarlson Please check the following - 

  1. On the Task tab on the project has the billing rule selected?
  2. On the summary tab of the project what is the billing period and date?
  3. Is the billing rule a progress bill or T&M?

entering a case with credentials will give us a clearer indication what the issue may be.
