I am looking for an easy to use method to raise a Purchase Req or PO for a field team. Use would be in a role like a Foreman, Super or other field team member that is not going to be thinking in terms (or have knowledge of) of any of the accounting items that go on a regular PO. So, take out of all the accounting thinking, that has to come later in the process. The field team member needs to get a part to fix something, i.e. equipment, tool, etc., for the job to continue to do the work.
Open to ideas with third-party solutions or a way to modify the current requisition process that takes out all the technical accounting knowledge that will never be adopted in the field.
