One of our clients attempted to release AR retainage for a project and got the below error. After much testing, I discovered that it’s because this project has a default task selected. Removing the default task allowed all retainage to release normally.
Is this the intended workflow? Has this come up in support / knowledgebase before? I looked and didn’t find anything, so I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.
