One of our clients attempted to release AR retainage for a project and got the below error. After much testing, I discovered that it’s because this project has a default task selected. Removing the default task allowed all retainage to release normally.

Is this the intended workflow? Has this come up in support / knowledgebase before? I looked and didn’t find anything, so I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.

 

 

@kdavis45 was this GL account specified in any of the account groups? 

@iqraharrison48 I haven’t found any reference to that number in the chart of accounts, project, or project task(s) including IDs, CDs, etc.
