Add new status value to Service Contracts

I need to add two new status values of "Billed"  and “Expired” to the Service Contracts screen.

1) Is the list of Service order status values exposed as a preference in Acumatica?

2)Can new status values be added through a customization?

3) Would the addition of new status values impact related Service order business rules?

Hi, @kseverud34  You can add the new Status in the Service Contract screen using workflow automation steps like below.

And, if you wanted to change it to the newly created statuses, you need to customize the Base workflow according to your requirement.
