I would like to have Vendor - Primary Contact - Email in the Notification Template. May I know what the actual name of this field is?

Hello, The field name is shown in the above screen shot, Contact.EMail.

The real field comes from the Contact tab of the Vendor.  It’s the contact where a separate field ‘Primary’ is checked on.:
