We’re on 2019 R2 and using the ActiveDirectory integration for authenticating and authorizing users. Elsewhere in the enterprise, we’ve been moving to Okta for SSO purposes.
Has anyone wired in Okta? If so, any tips or guidance.

There is a customization that integrates Acumatica and OKTA SSO using OpenID Connect protocol. I will check with our Services Team if it is available.
Please create a customization case on Portal.acumatica.com and request additional information on Acumatica Services Team OKTA customization.
I’m reaching out to Acumatica on this. Has anyone experience success on using Okta for SSO to Acumatica?
We have successfully implemented it. We actually use it internally as well. We have achieved a passwordless MFA in our Acumatica environment that satisfies NIST.
Hi
You are required to have the “Advanced Authentication” module that enables the OpenID Providers configuration screen. You simply set up a new Application in OKTA and follow the standard steps. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret in that OpenID Providers screen in Acumatica and click the Autoconfiguration button. The rest of the config is optional for different user bindings and auto provisioning. After that, when you get to the Acumatica login screen you will have a button under the username and password that will direct your authentication to OKTA.
