Hello,

I have just discovered that somewhere along the way I have removed access to the testing tenant for our company. We had been doing some work on security roles so I am assuming that the two are related. However, I am unsure how I can “re-enable” access to the testing tenant for myself (as admin). 

Any help would be great.

Go in to that tenant as admin and go to users and you can give your user record the roles you need or reset your password etc.

However, any insight on how to restore access to my user ID?


Try going to Users and select the user of Admin and then login as this User then you should get access to the tenants once the admin passwords are the same
