I do not understand who is my business account administrator. 

I am planning on taking some courses on my own. How would I go about downloading Acumatica for learning purposes?

Download a local version of Acumatica to your computer and that is the best way to learn the system.

Hi @yudeleanne - The message you received means you tried to access an area only open to those identified as a customer or partner role. Your role shows as registered guest which won’t have access to areas such as KB, Ideas, Product Download, etc. If you believe your role should be a customer or partner, you would work with your support to update your access. They can work with whoever is your business account administrator.
