Is it possible to downgrade the Acumatica instance? If not, then how can we upgrade the customization package from an older version to the newer one?

Hi @Harshita  We don’t have the option to downgrade the instance.

If you wanted to downgrade, then you need to install the specific version and re-compile the DLLs and fix the issues if any.

But, for the upgrade, we can do this from the Acumatica wizard, please find the screenshot for reference.
