Hello,

We are facing the below issue in  Business Events. Could anyone have faced this before and any working solution, please suggest.

Any inputs will be helpful, to troubleshoot the issue.

Issue: In the business events settings, the “Processing Time Threshold(s)’ value is automatically resetting with some values often, for both Push Notification and Business Event Queue.

Below are the screenshots for reference.

Kindly let us know if any other inputs are required.

So, for the screen 'System Queues Monitor” (SM302010), could you please restrict access to all other users except for the admin for few days. So that, we can monitor and check if the value is being changed or not.

Using access right by screen Please allow View only access to admin role also.

Thanks for your response.

As suggested, able to create a new Audit record for the ‘System Queue Monitory’ screen and update the data.  Now we could see this screen in Audit History, but there are no records updating the Audit History screen, for the transaction made.

 

Below are the screenshots from local, for reference. Please let us know if any alternate approach to troubleshoot this issue.

Created Audit Record
Updated values as 20 and 10 instead of 30
No information in Audit history
 
Error upon selecting Audit History from Tools in this screen

Hi @vidyakeerthik  These settings are just like configuration.

Please enable the Audit History for this screen, so that we can able to identify why these has been changed.
