How can we view a customer’s historical high credit balance? Would be beneficial to see their high balance, compared to their active balance to assess the customer’s credit limits and worthiness.

There is nowhere to see customer key payment indicators on the customer profile. Average days to pay, and historical high credit balance would allow our business to take preemptive action before allowing a customer to extend themselves too far.

Hi @Brian devirgilio ! I’m not sure if this is something you’re still looking into or if you’ve found another solution for this already but I noticed that there was a recent post which provided a Avg Days to Pay GI:

Regarding the Credit Balance this could be a little trickier to figure out due to it being a constant calculation and not stored specifically.
