Customer wishes to learn to create Business Events.   I found the Help in the link below

Any suggestions for additional training other than one on one?

There are a lot of good video tutorials on YouTube posted by third-parties that you could reference. They may not be using the exact version of Acumatica that your customer uses, but it will help point them in the right direction. You can always preview them to see which ones would be most applicable.
