ACU V 24.105.0036 - Sensitive custom ARM reports are showing for a user who’s roles have the reports Revoked. For example, Here is a list of the User’s Roles that should NOT see the highlighted report in the second screenshot.

This is what each of the four roles above looks like:

This is what comes up for the User with those four roles (and it runs perfectly, allowing access to transactions):

This user should not have access to any of the Financial Statements.  Ideas?

Hello @jmcclelland95 ,

Please open Access Rights by User, and

  1. Select the User Login at top,
  2. Click Finance node on left side,
  3. Click on the financial report on the right side where I chose Balance Sheet, then
  4. Click View Roles

Post a screen shot of the results back for us to see. Thank you!

Laura

Thank you for looking. Here are the results

Hello,

I agree with you: with four roles set to Revoked, I would not expect this employee to see the Cash Basis Balance Sheet on the menu.

It may help to remove the financial report from the Menu and then republish it.  If republishing doesn’t help, a support ticket may be the next step.

Thank you.  I’ll try it.

Drat… That didn’t work either.  I’ll put in a case.  Thank you for the ideas.

Good news! UNPUBLISHING did work!  I just had to do it the new way vs the old way - with the UNPUBLISH button, not just deleting the sitemap information. (The PUBLISH/UNPUBLISH did not use to exist.) So, thank you again. All is well.

Yay! 😃
