Unable to create new folders in Acumatica Wiki: "don't have access rights"

The team and I are trying to set up Acumatica Wiki pages for employees. We have been able to create a wiki page, and subpages and subfolders, but all of the subpages are put immediately into the deleted folder. Whenever we try to change the parent folder for a article to the be the main folder for that page, we get the following error: “You don't have access rights to add an article into this folder.” Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to solve it?
