I am trying to use Paperless Picking for the first time and ran into this issue.
Create a shipment and removed hold.
Create pick list and sent that shipment to the pick list queue
Manage pick list, assigned the shipment to a user/picker
Login in to the mobile scanner and launched the app - Warehouse / Pick, Pack, and Ship
Click Next List
Scan nearest location
Error, see trace for details (no trace in mobile scanner)
The Hold was removed from the pick list in the shipment, am I missing something.
Much thanks,
Nelson

I think it was in picking worksheet or something.
The paperless picking workflow does not work well that is my opinion. Its like there is too many barriers or something. I did not put much time into it yet as I have to work on other things.
@Nelson Yip what was the resolution here? I’m also getting the same error and neither the Shipment nor Picking Worksheet are on hold.
But for some reason the the Pick List is on hold and WMS does not work with it:
Hey @Nelson Yip , that’s quite interesting. I don’t think it would be possible for the shipment to be added to the pick list if it was on hold, so I don’t think it has to do with the shipment per-say.
There’s quite a few configuration settings, which makes the paperless picking work nicely, i.e. there’s the following setting which will generate shipments, and not put them on hold when they’re generated, etc.
Perhaps worth having a look at the following Implementation check lists, and see whether your configuration settings matches the recommended settings:
For the specific error you’ve received, can you double check that the worksheet itself is also not on hold? I couldn’t quite establish whether your point 8 referred to the shipment, or the worksheet.
I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
