We've recently completed a Shopify integration and are encountering an unusual issue. Could you please review the details below and assist with a solution?

 

ErrorAn inconsistency occurred during synchronization of the sales order lines. Please resynchronize the order.

@Naveen Boga  This is a very old bug back from 2021. Could you please let us know the Acumatica version you are currently using? We might ask you to create a case with Acumatica.

Currently we are in 23  R2 version.

Build 23.212.0024
