Selectable Report Template in Print Production Orders

Hi there,

 

I have a requirement to customize the Print Production Orders screen and managed to insert a dropdown of the report template as shown below:

 

However, I am unsure on where or how to link the dropdown to the report ID itself. Can anyone assist me on this?
