How are users scheduling subcontractors? How are the subcontractors communicating job status and completion? Are they logging into a self-service portal? 

We have a need to schedule/dispatch subcontractors, the subcontractors receiving work from us and communicating job status and completion. How is this done in Acumatica? 

I assume it’s possible to set up subs as staff members and assign them appointments via service orders? 

For projects, how is this done? RFIs?
