Can project, sub job, cost codes fields be added to the inventory adjustments form? Screen ID: A000116.

Hello @lbrown35, sorry for the long reply.

There is no such Screen ID in Acumatica.

If you need these fields to be shown on some custom UI, just join all tables needed and expose respective fields in GI results.

If you need them added to an entry form, it will require customization.
