Hi all,

 

Trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong for the MFA.

When activating and enabling MFA it generates the codes as needed and I can also utilize the Acumatica for help with it, yet when I want to login to the Mobile App, I either do not get prompted to enter a Code.

The Setting for MFA is set to Required so it should prompt for a known device as well.

Is this something that is not available for Mobile App Users?
If so, this is a huge Security Gap it seems like.

 

I just feel like I am missing something in terms of Set-up here.

Kindly make sure -

  • You have the latest Acumatica mobile app version
  • Notifications are not OFF for the app. Make sure you Sign out properly before trying again
  • Check User profile and Two Factor authentication should be set to - REQUIRED (as you confirmed)
