• Ensure "Allow Less Secure Apps" is turned ON (GMAIL periodically turns this setting off, please keep this in mind for future): https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps
• Verify if 2fa is enabled on this GMAIL account, if it is, please look into creating an app password so this email can be used in Acumatica System: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833?hl=en-GB

We set up and currently using Basic Authentication method (ie. Less Secure Apps is ON in Gmail).  But this less secure apps option will be gone by September 30th from Gmail.  Thus, we needed to switch over to the OAuth2 method.  Thanks...

HI @dngu were you able to get this working? We have gone through several attempts based on the instructions in the word document with no success.
