Hi! I’m wondering if there’s a way to quickly add the users’ email account so that it can be used as the sender when creating email from the system. 
 


or do I really need to set it up one by one?

It looks like you’re on 23R2 or later. There are number of changes that came into effect starting in Acumatica 23R2 that may help.  The release notes are here: https://help-2023r2.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=a308b889-f770-4753-be2f-0de1ff845da3.

I think you should be able to set up the email addresses using an import scenario, but it also looks like users could set up their own accounts as well.
