Custom Field on SO Details to show Converted UOM Quantity based on the order quantity for a particular stock item with multiple UOM

Hi Team,

One of our client is using multiple UOM(base Unit and Pallets) and they would still like to process SO with base UOM. But would like to see Converted UOM(Pallet Quantity) based on the order quantity in Sales Order.  Is this possible? Can someone help me on this?
