I have a timecard for an employee April 1, 2022; this happens to be his first time card; however I would like to create all of his time cards from Jan 1, 2022. The Employee Generate Time card only creates timecards for the first time card forward?
In opportunity, Create Email, the popup appears but there is no default template. Where does this get set up? I have an email template linked to screen CR30400. Please advise.
When a user enters in a Customer, Vendor, Contact, Ship to Address, (anywhere where the zip code is part of the address); the user would like to enter address line 1, zip code, and then have it auto populate the City, State and Country. After our upgrade to A2022 R1, users are cannot create a Timecard for employees that are not setup as users. We have the delegate assigned. Error:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Employee value 000001562 EP Error: The employee record is not associated with a user.IF this is the requirement, then this seems will cause major business process changes to enter time for employees associated to projects that are not users.
A2022 R2Would like to setup a Discount code that only applies for the first 10 qty. Our goal is if order was for 11, Line Price = $110 ( = 11 * $10 )Discount = $50. (10 * $10 * 50%) I can setup the Discount qty Break point for zero to 10 at 50%.Discount 11 to 100 at 0%, but when entering an order for 10 or below it worksbut enter greater than 11, the discount is zero. Any ideas?Or we could enter the Discount Qty on the Discount Tab, but that field is non editable.
Client A2022R2.Created Corporate Credit Card assigned to an Employee.Created Payment Type set to Credit Card.Client is paying a AP bill using the Payment type = Credit card that is the same as the Corporate Card.Setup Bank Feed to create Employee Expenses assigning the Employee. This creates a Employee Expense receipt and works nicely. Is there a way to match the AP bill payment to the Bank Feed import so that it does not create an employee expense?

I have a situation where I need to have add a second AP bill to a Landed Cost Entry. After I create first AP bill, the landed cost is no longer available to be used. I tried a partial amount. I cannot change the qty.?
There is a nice feature in Acumatica called Activity Events. They are available in many places except the Project module. Why ?Events can invite using emailing, which is nice. IF the standard toolbar was used , then Activity Events would be available. See case 5080141. ( only available on Project Quote)It should be on the Project Activity, Project Task Activity, Project Issue; Project Templates ( so that we can put standard activity) for new projects.
Many times customers need to transfer from One Warehouse to another; however there is a time delay between the transfer. The 2 Step transfer will allow for a 2 step process; however the only visibility is in the “In Transit” columns. This data is usually challenging to see on majority of Screens and Reports. If the 2 step transfer allowed for a Via Warehouse, then the users can quickly use the standard screens to see the location of the inventory.
