Using v2021 R2. I’ve configured DeviceHub and Acumatica for the label printer. The user profile has the printer as the default printer.I’ve set the “Print Shipment Labels Automatically” flag in SO preferences.I don’t know if it is required, but I set the User Settings in Pick, Pack, and Ship to Print Shipment Labels Automatically. We’re not using Pick, Pack and Ship.When I click on Confirm Shipment, labels don’t automatically print. Is there another setting I’m missing?
The report only has one table, INLocation. I want a parameter linked to LocationCD to be a lookup. I cannot get that to work. Here is my setup: What are the rules for adding a lookup parameter to a report?
Using the Fedex plugin on v2022 R1. We get this error when clicking Confirm Shipment. The Shop for Rates button works fine. This is connecting to the Production Fedex account.When using the Test Fedex account, we don't get the error. It seems there's a setting on the Production account that we're missing?
We want to send the customer email address to Auth.net so that Auth.net can send out the credit card receipt to the customer. We are using the Authorize.net API plugin with v2021 R2. The Email Receipt flag at Authorize.net has been turned on. Is sending the email address native to the API plugin?

Using V2021 R2. When I try to send an AR invoice via email (in the invoice screen under Printing and Emailing or from the Print Invoices and Memos screen), I get the error message. I can print to screen and then send to email from the print screen.What setting am I missing?
For the life of me, I cannot figure out why a time entry is not updating the Balances or Cost Budget tab of a project. I can see the transaction in Activity History. I’m using the TMR03 project and Jane Doe and booking billable time to the 301 JRCONS project task. I’ve tried with a time card and a time activity. Both show in Activity History but neither show in the Cost Budget. I’m using the November Sales Demo snapshot.
Using 2020 R2 and we don’t have the data collection feature. We’d like to add the Inventory Transfers screen to the mobile app. I want to make sure I’m not missing anything - do I have to create a customization to present that screen on the app?
In 2020 R2, I can't figure out how to allow users to able to see Update History (Tools...Audit History) without also being able to click on the Enable Field Level Audit button. I would like users to see update history and not be able to do any Enabling. The Field Level Audit role allows the Audit History item to show on the Tools menu but I can't see where I can control the Enable button.
Are there any bundled roles for Manufacturing or do we need to create them?
