When we try to update the Base Unit from CS to EA, the setting just returns to CS without an error. What may be causing the issue? Are there other item settings that stop the user from changing the Base Unit?There is no current stock for the item and no open transactions in the system.
We have a customer that requires the use of data matrix barcodes containing multiple pieces of data (Item barcode and serial number). The Acumatica WMS will read this type of 2D barcode, but we are not able to print them in order to label items.What solutions or ISVs are available to allow us to print the product labels?
We are looking for a solution to be able to enter and edit Service transactions when there is no internet or wifi available. Our customer’s service techs are often working in cooler where it is very difficult to get service on their mobile devices.Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
