Hi All,We want to extend a Business Account to a Vendor using an Acumatica Webservice endpoint. In the past we were successful in making a POST request to extend Business Account to a Customer using ‘ConvertBusinessAccountToCustomer’. Hi All,Our organization is new to Acumatica and have not upgraded even once. We are currently on 2020 R2 version and hoping to upgrade soon. We were not sure how other organizations plan their upgrades, the frequency, measures taken before choosing the version and any tests to ensure everything is alright. We are curious about some of the following scenarios as well:- If companies stick to as specific release, for example going from 2020 R1 to 2021 R1 and skip the 2020 R2 in between. - If companies wait for some number of updates & bugfixes after R1/R2 has been released to upgrade to R1/R2We really appreciate any and all the information we can get from the community to plan our first upgrade. Hi All, We were wondering if we are allowed to use field dependencies in Acumatica. An example of field dependency would be that if a value of field A changes, then change the value of field B. Here’s an example for better understanding: If the Tax Zone of a Business Account changes which is extended to Customer and has locations in it, then we will want to change the tax zone field for all associated customer locations as well. Hi All, Is there a way in Acumatica to bulk update a particular field in all the Business Accounts/Customers/Vendors? If yes, can we perform bulk updates on the records filtered by a certain criteria?For example: Change the Owner field for all Business Accounts in Colorado State with Status “Active”. Hi All,We have configured several custom fields in Customization project for our Business Account in Acumatica. We have also used Push Notification using a Generic Inquiry to send us notifications when any field is updated in Business Account. The Generic Inquiry has the custom fields added as well. So when we get a push notification about changes to Business Account, we see the custom fields in the Inserted and Deleted blocks. We have been using this setup for over a month.Everything was working as expected until we stopped seeing the custom fields from Business Account in Push notifications. We checked the following things to make sure our setup was right: Customizations are published Generic inquiry had custom fields in result grid View Inquiry of the Generic inquiry had customer fields Push notification was subscribed to the correct Generic InquiryAfter 2 days, the custom fields started appearing in Push notifications again without us having to do anything.
