I have a Business Event that Triggers off a generic Inquiry, once a day at a set time.I want the activity to be logged under the Vendor.If I run the report manually the activity is being logged under the vendor, when the email is generated.When I trigger the business event using the Notifcation Template, an email is generated but the Activity is not logged to the Vendor.Any ideas on what I am missing. Here are the images of the notication template. Notification template Link to Entity and Account filled I believe the activity should be logged based on setting on the Notification Template.The business event and Schedule are working. I am including the business event. This is the Mail Setting in the report. Just in case this information is asked for. Again, when I run the customer report the activity appears under the Vendor.Any help would be appreciated. Matt
I have used two different Emulators. Nox - FAQ | NoxPlayer FAQ (bignox.com) (Support.bignox.com) BlueStacks - www.bluestacks.comI initially started using Nox and have stayed with. Both are free base on my understanding used for testing. What this is is a emulator, so you don't have to run tests on you phone. Instead you setup one of these emulator and then install the Acumatica app on it. Its Andriod, so you just go to the google apps area and search for the app. When finished using close it down. Good for testing. This is not a question. Just sharing.
Has anyone added /activated existing functions keys, that are currently not available on the mobile app. I had a case on this and was pointed to the following articles.Which are informative but disjointed and most likely over complicate what has to be done to activate the existing Action keys. I attempted to follow the instructions, I have supplied a image of the customization, and an image of what mobile functions are available. When the PO is in pending print status. A couple issues using the mobile app the PO cannot be opened (open Status) which is what is wanted. The print /no print options were deemed not essential an left off the mobile app, as space is limited. I checked this from my end. By default, due to the space constraints of a phone screen, not every function is available in the mobile application. Using Mac product, and Safari. In Quote or Sales Order. Enter partial item. Window opens as you move your cursor down, the scroll bar seem s to move by itself, making it hard to select the correct item. This problem does not occur in Chrome on a Mac. It does not occur on a PC using Chrome or Edge. Besides trying using different browsers. We cleared cache, cookies and browsing history. This did not correct the problem. Any Mac users in 21R106 seeing this? If so how did you resolve it? Recently upgraded, didn’t see this in previous build 19R1. I am going to create case with Acumatica but if you have a fix. If you are using Acumatica with a Chinese localization, you will need to make some changes if you intend to print via PDF. The symptom is that when you print Chinese characters and it is rendered into an external pdf. When you open the pdf the text is not viewable. In report writer there are a number of templates that supply the report you are editing with pre defined styles. You can load these into report writer as they are configured in a special report. Known as a template There are at least three that I have seen 1) Internal 2)external 3)report All these templates have default setting of Ariel The fix is to change these too Microsoft JhengHei You need to go into each template and adjust the style from Ariel to Microsoft jhengHei Once you change the templates you up load them a report versions to the tenant. Run the report. The report now with Chinese characters or English characters will properly be readable with an acrobat reader
I am working on a report, and this customer has two language localizations. Chinese/English. Once the user has selected the localization, and logged in. I am looking for a field/variable that will tell me what language the user is currently using and conditionally display some information. I am using the customer.localname and vendor.localname. But want to know what language, the forms are currently being displayed in, so I can conditionally, replace some data in some fields. In this example, there is no default language selected, or alternate language.This means that the optional language specific fields like descriptions are not in play.
