I have field CustPORefNbr on my Service Orders screen that I wish to display on any Appointments spawned from the parent Service Order. I have created a custom field (UsrCustPORefNbr) on the Appointments screen that I wish to fill with the value from the parent Service Orders CustPORefNbr.It’s a read-only field on the Appointments screen; I don’t need it to update the database. It’s fine with me if it pulls the value from the Service Orders screen (DAC) every time the Appointment is displayed.I tried the following, but it caused my server to reboot endlessly: The perpetual reboots happened on both my development and production servers.Anybody got another suggestion, or know what I did wrong? I want to default 4 checkboxes (Activate Project, Activate Tasks, Copy Notes to Project, Copy Files to Project) to “checked” in the Convert to Project dialog/popup on the Project Quotes page. I’ve added “[PXUnboundDefault(true)]” to the Attributes for each of those 4 items, but it only works for the two “Activate” items; the two “Copy” items aren’t affected. Any ideas how to default the “Copy” checkboxes to true? Bonus points if you can tell me how to automatically click to OK button to submit the dialog. Thanks in advance!
I’m trying to print the contents of a Note for a Service Request in a Notification Template. Anybody know the field reference I should use on that page? I’ve tried the solution suggested in topic “Notification Template - Invoice.Note,” which is to use field ((Document.NoteText)), but that only produces a blank line. Thanks in advance.
I'm using <Action: Create Service Order> (createServiceOrder) in an Import Scenario with the Cases (CR.30.60.00) screen selected. Running it through a Generic Inquiry that is fired by a Business Event. I'm getting "Create Service Order Button is Disabled" when it is triggered, and I can't figure out why. I've also tried the <Action: Create Service Order> (createServiceOrder@Action) in case that made a difference, but got the same result. Any ideas?Thanks for any consideration.
I’m looking to add a "Date of Service" column to the Services > Invoice > Details grid.I'm trying to add a column on the Details tab of the Invoices screen to show the Appointment Date for charges listed on the Details tab. It pulls this information just fine on one of my reports (relationships shown on the bottom row, Left join FSARTran to FSAppointment, in the attached image), but when I duplicate this join (the FSAppointments table to FSARTran) in the Generic Inquiry for the Invoices page, the fields are all there, and it saves with no errors, but it begins generating errors for our users. Anyone know how to add a column for Appointment Date to the Details tab of the Invoices screen?I found the info (see image) for tying the Invoice to the Appointment Dates in the report file SO643000.RPX. All the fields seemed to be there and the tables appeared to add and relate without error. However, once I clicked Save, the system began generating errors when attempting to populate the In
We want employees to receive an email notification when an appointment has been assigned to them. If it simplifies things, I believe we can send all such emails to the same fixed email address, and then have MS Exchange/Outlook forward the messages to the correct employee. I’ve set up a Business Event to send an email when the appointment record changes, but it never sends the email, not even to a hard-coded fixed email address. Similar functionality seems to work okay when the Appointments screen header info changes, but the Staff is assigned on a tab on the page. Is the problem the fact that it’s a tab? Please help!
