Is there a solution to sending package tracking numbers to customers as a link to USPS or even Google? If I click the link in the email below, it currently will send me to google with the Acumatica field nameThis is the html code I used to create the link...<a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=((Packages.TrackNumber))" style="text-decoration:none;display:inline-block;color:#ffffff;background-color:#034e7d;border-radius:4px;width:auto;border-top:1px solid #034e7d;border-right:1px solid #034e7d;border-bottom:1px solid #034e7d;border-left:1px solid #034e7d;padding-top:5px;padding-bottom:5px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:center;mso-border-alt:none;word-break:keep-all;" target="_blank">
I can’t seem to find a way to match the print job ID to the Shipment # that the print job was generated from in a GI. We are printing our shipping labels from the process shipment screen and would like to reference and print older labels on occasion. The only way to do that is through the print job screen, but the problem with that screen is we can only see the print job. Trying to reprint a label through the print job screen is a guessing game as there is no way to know which print job was connected to which order. Am I missing something?
Running into an error that the transaction getter is not working, yet we have everything turned on in the processing center. Are we missing something? See images...
Anybody have any ideas on how this field (CTaxZoneID) can be populated based on certain conditions on the customer or customer location screen?I’ve tried managing this through the workflow engine, but the necessary fields from the DefAddress or DefLocationAddress tables are not available when trying to customize AR303000 or AR303020.Can field updates be based off a GI like in Business Events?
Is something like this possible? I wanted to avoid excel by making a calculated field that summarizes a single or group of inventory IDs through GI or report designer. So a calculated field would look like this...=IIf((( [POLine.InventoryID] = 'DULS001') OR ([POLine.InventoryID] = 'DULS002')), [POLine.LineAmt], '')Results would look like this... Calculated Field Calculated Field Inventory ID Line Amt Dulse Kelp DULS001 200 200 KELP001 500 500 DULS002 300 300
Is this a bug? I can’t delete the password from system email accounts. I can add/remove the user name and all of the other fields, but I can’t switch out the password. As a result, I can’t send out emails due to authentication issues
I’ve been struggling with creating business events to trigger an email, and I’ve come to the conclusion that building a GI specific to the email is probably my best bet, but unfortunately it is not working for me.I created the GI and have all of the fields I need and the GI works fine.In email notifications, I click INSERT > DATAFIELDS, find a field, then select it into the document. Adding any field results in the following error code “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
Hello,We are trying to understand the how the refund integration works in Shopify and why we are getting “voided payments” created instead of “customer refunds.”Our Shopify website is setup to capture payments at the sale. When we go to refund an order, we start the process through Shopify and hit the refund button (picture attached) and then we let the integration build the refund. Instead of creating a “customer refund” (which we think we want), the integration has been creating voided payments. What is the logic for how this integration is supposed to work and is there something we can do to have the integration create customer refunds instead?
Hello,Is there a way to export a specific price attached to a price code to Shopify so that the price of an item updates when the price attached to the price code is updated?Alternatively, is there a way to make the “RETAIL” price code populate the “default price” field as this would also solve the issue?
Shipping seems to me to be an overlooked area of Acumatica, and I’m not sure why others have not come across this issue. In summary: We are getting inaccurate shop for rates prices when switching a package in the shipmentThis is our box setup, I will demonstrate using a USPS flat rate boxBOX017 = Small Flat Rate Box We add the package (box017) in the shipment and attach a weight of 2 lbswhen I shop for rates I get a return price of $7.79. The actual price for a small flat rate USPS box is $7.90In order to get the correct price to show up, I have to close the window and re-open the shipment. If for whatever reason I want to change the box (ex. the large flat rate Box014) and the weight to 3 pounds, the shop for rates screen is frozen to the previous dimensions when I edit the package. Once again, I need to save the document, close the shipment, and re-open to get the correct pricing. Seems like this glitch makes us prone to inaccurate price quotes.
Is it possible to map a specific tag to a custom field? I can see that you can import tags (in general) to something in Acumatica, but we really just want to set a command where “if a tag contains a ‘#’ then import to a specific custom field”The number we want to bring in is our Amazon sales #Our Amazon sales flow into shopify and then Acumatica. It works great except for lack of order number. Thanks for any help!
I’m pretty sure the “ship via description” field was the “description” field in the shop for rates screen in 2020. Why was it switched to the service method in 2021? Was this a mistake? I would argue that the ship via description was better
