I have a non-stock item set to Close PO Line: “By Amount”. If I add this item to a Purchase Order manually, the Close PO Line setting carries over to the PO Line correctly.If I use the Create Purchase Orders screen to create a PO with that same non-stock item, the PO Line is created with Close PO Line = “By Quantity”. The Close PO Line field is not editable on the Purchase Order line and this is impacting our ability to process partial AP Bills correctly against the PO Line.Has anyone else run into this situation?Am I missing something in the configuration? We have an issue with one Android phone and the mobile app where we get the error message “An error has occurred. Please try again or go back to previous screen.” when trying to create an appointment. When we close the error we get the error message “Something went wrong”On this phone we have done the following steps/troubleshooting:cleared the Acumatica Application Data and Cache - no change deleted the application and reinstalled - no change logged in as a different user - received the same error messages via a web browser, logged in as the phone’s user and no errors during processingAs the phone’s user we have logged in on another Android phone and did not receive the errors. We believe it to be an issue with this specific phone, that the Acumatica Mobile App does not like.Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any brainstorming or experience you can share.
Client is using 2021R1 and Projects allows an Inactive Customer Location to be selected in Project Quotes and Allows the Quote to be converted to a Project. Is this an oversight or is this working as designed? Does the Construction Edition operate in the same way?
I am wondering what the fix might be for this error message I receive when trying to save a new Generic Inquiry. There are many unused numbers available but how do I control the next number for screen id? I have looked through numbering sequences to no avail. Thanks for any help you can provide.
