We have a system email account created using Azure Modern Authentication and it is working properly. However, we are trying to add an additional system email account and when we use the already created External Application connection is it returning an error stating that it cannot be found: Do we need to create a separate External application for each email?
I have an import scenario triggering from a business event that will update a field on the SO Line but am getting the following error message. Does anyone know what would cause this? I suspect it is something with passing in the line number that needs to be updated but I’ve tried it various different ways and get the same error.
Hello, we have an issue where we posted a PI and there was an item that was being adjusted down by a qty of 13 in the warehouse and was entered on a single tag. In the adjustment that was posted this was split into 2 lines for a qty of 10 and a qty of 3. The 10 booked to the correct sub account but the 3 went to a default sub account. We have it configured to use the sub account at the warehouse setup for inventory transactions. The items do not have locations and are not serial or lot and we are using average cost.This happened on about 10 items out of 300 total counted items.I can’t determine why those 3 booked to the default sub account rather than the correctly mapped one.
