Acumatica 2020 R1, Build 20.101.0032, Screen ID: SO301000 Is there any way to overwrite the customer tax zone field based on order type? We have an external selling channel that collects sales tax on our behalf. We create these orders in Acumatica for fulfillment and inventory allocation purposes, but we don’t need sales tax to be reflected since it’s collected by the third party. Open to any suggestions that could eliminate the need for manually overwriting and changing the tax zone - as that could be an easily missed step.
Acumatica 2020 R1, Build 20.101.0032, Screen ID: PO301000 Is there a way to have the Promised On field located within Purchase Order screen default as blank? It currently defaults to the date that the Purchase Order is created. Using Automation Steps, we can change the date that shows in that field immediately after creating a new Purchase Order, but as soon as a Vendor is selected it reverts back to the current date. We do not have any lead times set for our Items - so I’m not sure if that is partially causing this issue.
Acumatica 2020 R1; Build 20.101.0032; Screen: IN208900 We’d like to be able to create Physical Inventory Types by Manufacturer (attribute on Stock Items), or Vendor if that’s not possible. I see that we can create a Full Inventory Count, or filter by Item class, ABC code, Inventory, etc.. For example: we’d like to do a Physical Inventory of all of our Chevy Trucks one month and all of our Ford Trucks the next month.Does anyone know if we can get this granular?
Is there a way to set the accrual account based on PO type? i.e. We want the accrual account to be 2210 on a normal PO, but we want the accrual account to be 1250 on a drop ship PO.The accrual account is defined on the item level - so it seems that we would need a Drop Ship SKU as well as a normal SKU to do this out of the box - which doesn't take the manual entry element out of the equation due to needing to pick the correct SKU.
I am seeking any feedback from those who have successfully or unsuccessfully used the ShipEngine shipping solution for Acumatica. We have tried the ShipStation integration and found its functionality limited (especially with international orders) and found their support lacking. We are now considering the ShipEngine solution. If you have used it, I am very interested in hearing how it is working for you and how it compares to other shipping solutions you have tried.
