What is the best method to Convert Multiple Purchases over to Single Fixed Asset.A customer buys multiple laptops (Qty 8, similar Class, similar useful life) each at $1,000 on different dates or the same date. What is the best method to convert to an Asset.Fixed Asset thresh hold to capitalize is $5,000.Do you setup an Asset with zero value and convert the 8 purchases as components to one Fixed Asset? Or would you setup an Asset with summary amount of $8,000 and then convert purchases as components to this Asset #? Or do you setup a Parent Asset then add each converted purchase line amount to an Asset associated with the Parent Asset?
A historical full snapshot from a couple of years ago was taken without properly activating the system lockout and then restored to the site. Is there a method by which the site can generate a safe snapshot? Is this something that Acumatica Services needs to perform? I have rebuilt indexes and optimized the db then scheduled a lockout in attempt to take a safe snapshot but still receive the following notice:

I was expecting that the GDPR feature would allow user to identify and the secure private fields.It currently hides the names and contact addresses but not the most private field such as SSN.Is there a method to select which fields get blocke? Can this be addressed soon to help clients avoid liability issues?
Is there an Acumatica method to merge two tenants into one which are currently in the same database?Client has multiple companies and multiple branches in two separate tenants, is it possible to merge the two tenants into one, if they share the same Chart of Accounts and same periods?
