I am wondering if anyone else has seen the Account details disappear on inventory allocations once the allocation has been filled? We see on items that are marked as SO to purchase that the account details show, but once the item is received these details disappear. At this point the allocation is still valid as the items have not been shipped. See screenshot
Curious if anyone has attempted to modify the default Receipt To and Ship From locations from the mobile app. It does not appear the mobile platform can load these as they are from the Stock Items → Warehouse Defaults area (throws an error that it is unable to load the view “Item Settings”. I am referring to these fields below:I have tried instead to load them from the “Warehouse Details” tab which will display the data, but it is not modifyable here. I used a redirect to the item warehouse settings form using container action “Add Warehouse Detail” but this always wants to add a new record, not modify an existing record. On the form there is also a pencil button which will redirect to the Item Warehouse Settings form and load the existing record. I can’t seem to invoke this action through the mobile app though. Anyone else come across this or have some ideas how this could be accomplished?
