Hello community,we have an issue with the syncing of calendar entries. Some calendar entries are created multiple (sometimes a thousand) times in Acumatica/Haufe X360. Unfortunately, the system also doesn’t allow to delete this entry.Thank you so much in advance for any tips :)
Hello everybody,is it possible to restrict a certain user that he/she can only DELETE files that he/she have created herself? As of now, I know only the option to restrict a user to not delete any file (no matter who created it).Many thanks in advance!
Hello dear Acumatica community,we want to trigger automatic (email) notifications as soon as a responsible person has been assigned to a task.Currently I tried to solve this via the following business event (in German)Unfortunately, it is not possible to query the direct input screen for tasks (cr306020), nor the task overview screen (ep404000) for business events.Therefore I tried to find a solution via the general query "Tasks" (GI000024); namely this can be queried for business events. The problem with this query is that it does not trigger the business event in the default.After research in existing threads here in the community I found out that in the general query the conditions should be deleted to allow an error free triggering of the business event.But then the problem is that the query "Tasks" (GI000024) queries the activities in general. So if you remove the condition that only tasks should be displayed, then also mails, remarks, etc. will be displayed. So the First problem
Hi everybody,our customer rents out heavy machinery and it regularly happens that he receives a sales order from a daughter company of a big client. Our client then creates the shipping order and ships out the item to the daughter company.At the end of the billing period, our client has to create the invoice NOT for the daughter company, but to a specified leasing/financial company (also owned by the big client).One way would be to just change the billing address, but that is not what our client wants (for various reasons).Is there any possibility to do that in Acumatica without a customization?Thank you for your help!
We’re trying to get the MS Exchange integration working. Part of it is working, calendar events and to-tos are being synced properly, and sending of emails works fine as well; however there are issues with syncing the email inbox.Our customer’s instance has two tenants, one for testing purposes and one that’s actually in use by our client (I’ll call it production).On the test tenant what happens is, I have to move emails from the inbox into a subdirectory of the inbox with the same name as is configured in the email section of the sync policy (SM204010). As far as I gathered, this is expected behavior.Whenever the sync process is executed, the emails from that subdirectory will show up in Acumatica, but on the exchange server the emails are automatically being moved back out of the subdirectory and into the main inbox folder.Is that also correct behavior? It seems strange to me. And if I manually move the emails back into the subdirectory and run the sync again, the emails do not appea
