Hi Team, Thank you to everyone who has chimed in on past events. This community has been amazing. Do any of you know of a way to get emails sent out to a person/workgroup when a task or event has been entered with them as the owner? Seems like this should be a functionality but I am not finding any answers to hopefully make this a reality. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Our inventory is set up in a nonconventional manner where we have last cost being the place holder for the price we paid for an item. We typically buy and resell. Is there anyway to get the last cost to show on our home screen for stock items? Our current list doesn’t have that as an option to add. Or is there a way to get last cost to populate into current cost?

Auto Number is not population in the segment values portion as <NEW> and thus not creating a new and unique number when adding a customer. Any ideas why this is not carrying over?
When I check under “Business Accounts”, I have entities that were set up as Vendors that also show having a business account now that I sales team has entered into the mix, thus creating duplicates in that instance. Is this an issue or how should these be set up?
We are looking to have the vendor ID auto populate with a strictly sequential numerical code. Is this possible? Would not need and letters in the ID, strictly numerical classification as we create a new vendor. We are just now setting up the system and have not gone live yet. Currently, we have been unable to make this happen.
