I’m using a business event based on a GI to trigger an import scenario. The import scenario gives an error of “Handler of type IMPT is not exists” I’m trying to have a PO transfer receipt created, add the transfer, select the shipment number that matches the GI. Where am I going wrong here?
I have a report that I’m using check boxes to ask the user to include data. It’s timing out because the dataset is large, however, if I can make my subreports conditional it will reduce processing time. The subreports are located in the “detailSection” and are set to “WhilePrint” and Visible = False with a VisibleExpr of “=[@IncludeThis] = True “ If @IncludeThis <> True I want to exclude the subreport from running at all.
I have Access Rights by Role set up. I’m trying to find where to prevent the release of SO Invoices and AR invoices by this role. I have done revoked on every “Release” I can find related to invoices and can’t seem to get it.
I see ShipmentType in the SOOrderShipment DAC. It shows char(1) and the visual shows “Shipment, Drop-Ship,etc.” How do I determine what the single character is that represents “Shipment”?
Is there a way or method in Acumatica that can prevent people from backdating documents? I know closing periods prevents posting in past periods, but our Controller wants to prevent the dates from changing. He does daily reconciliation and it’s messing him up. For example, in AP. AP created a check on August 8. They did not process the check until August 14. When the controller runs the ending cash account balances on the 8th that check isn’t in there. Then it throws off his numbers when she posted it on the 14th.
I’m trying to automatically e-mail sales orders that are open using the Print/Email Orders process. It shows this generic error message. I can open the sales order and click “email order” and it goes through no problem. I can go to “print order” and then email and it shows fine as well. It’s only when using this automated process. We are not using WMS (yet). How do you handle shipping pallets and pallet costs? We have a mix of stock items that are finished goods and BOM-based goods so doing fixed overheads I don’t think would work. We have 7 different pallet sizes we have as stock items since we track inventory on them, cost and if we charge the customer for it. We also have mixed item pallets so while we know item X is 60 to a pallet, Adding Item A, B, C, D and E may not be 60 to a pallet any more due to variations in size of the box, etc. With our current system we have 1 stock item pallet. The sales person enters the sales order, adds the stock items and if we charge for the pallet they enter a price. When the warehouse picks/ships the order they add the pallet item to the sales order at $0 (unless sales person added it already with a price) and the quantity of pallets used. That follows through to the invoice and shows the pallet quantity and how much they were charged (if anything). With Acumatica we
It appears that DeviceHub must be running in an interactive session. If you log off the session then DeviceHub closes. Is there a way to make this run as a service so it’s always running regardless of logged in user?
