Hi,I have a question is there a way when importing open sales orders into Acumatica there is a formula that can pull in the customer number in the system without having to add it to the spreadsheet that is being imported?Second is there a way to automate files to be uploaded into the Data Provider from a workstation to Acumatica? Hi, I first want to create a GI to show the top selling stock items at the top of the inquiry to the lowest selling items at the bottom of the screen. What would be the condition for this GI? Hi,I am still green to creating Generic Inquiries. I am trying to create a GI that displays the total inventory Items including qty and amount for each customer invoice. Then from there I am going to create a dashboard that shows the top selling items for each inventory item by qty. Here are screenshots for my total setup. How can I get the Customers Invoices to consolidate/filter correctly in my GI? Let me know or what conditions/settings I am missing? I have also attached an export of the GI if needed. Hi, We are going to have clients log into to Acumatica. But they will need to view only their customer account in Receivables and their relevant stock and non- stock items related to the item class. Here are the screenshots for my Restriction Group Setup for Inventory Item by Item Class. Note there is only ONE company not multiple companies. Here is the user that will only have access to the TXC item class. Here is the setup to restrict access to the item class. Note nothing was done in Inventory Items since they are grouped under the Item Classes. When I log in as that user all of the inventory amounts still show. What am I doing wrong any help would be appreciated:
Hi,I have already imported the basic fixed asset information. We are doing a FA implementation and the system is in migration mode. However, I am trying to do a second import only to update the Last Depr Period and Accum. Depr (see below) and my import is failing. The second screenshot is my import scenario. I have also attached a copy of my data provider. What fields am I missing in my import scenario or Data Provider. Thank you,Frances
I am new to Acumatica. We have one client who only has one entity setup (no branches/multiple companies) In the past there was no need to setup a default payment method and cash account for each vendor (single entity). However, when I try to hit the Pay button I get an error message pops up (See second screenshot). Also when I go to Prepare Payments not everything is showing up. Note: In A/P preferences the item to require approval for payments is not selected. Let me know if something changed recently or is it now a requirement to have the vendor or vendor class have a Payment Method and Cash Account selection. (This is even though there is no* by the field). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Frances Pantelidakis
Hi,I am new to Acumatica and need assistance setting up a Generic Inquiry. I was able to setup a GI but the information looks incomplete.We want to create a GI that shows invoices under Bills and Adjustments for a project that has a pending status for the Project Task and Inventory ID in Bills & Adjustments under the Details tab. See first screenshot below: The next three sceenshots show the configuration and results. What am I missing in my GI setup? Any information would be helpful. Thanks. Hi,I am to new to Acumatica. We have an A/P approval workflow configured based on project accountants and project managers assigned to a project. However, A/P invoices are showing up to be approved for users that are not one of the approvers under Data views in Vendor Documents to Approve. How can I configure this so the invoices not are not assigned to the approver show up on the list. Thank you,
Hi,I am new to Acumatica. How can we create a pop-up note to remain static and not disappear after a vendor is selected so all the users can see it in the Bill & Adjustments Screen while it goes through the A/P approval workflow we have created. I know some customizations might be needed. Or if there are any other suggestions please let me know? Here is an screenshot of the pop note under Vendors.
Hi,I am new to Acumatica. I am trying to create a company tree so only those users can view the timecards of their employees. Here is a copy of my current company tree. I want both of these users to be able to view all of the employee timecards setup under Employees. I don’t want to setup delegates because multiple users will need to view everyone’s time card. However, when I log in as user CB and go to Time & Expense entries I don’t see any other employees but CB’ users. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to setup all the employees under the company tree also? Please advise.
