How to duplicate Bills and adjustment screen with same actions and workflow.
I have a Generic Inquiry that pulls Customer Sales by Sales Area. The inquiry is working fine and I have an associated Pivot table that shows the Customer Name, Customer Number, and the Order Totals by Posting Period. What I would like to do is be able to link either the Customer Name, and / or the Customer Number so allow the user to do a Drill Down on that specific customer. I’ve been unable to find any information on how to do this or if it can be done.Thank you for any assistance.
How does one return to the original width of fields after clicking "Fit to Screen"?

Hello,Ever since the new year (2023) has started, the default Customer Statement report (AR641500) is not sorting the results properly. There is an issue where it is not understanding where to put documents with a DocDate of 2023. Here is a screenshot of the report schema (default), and an example of the bad sorting:

I’m looking for a stand alone document scanner for use in shipping to scan all documents that go into the box and then attach it to the shipment as a PDF file.I’ve tried a couple of different scanners (Lexmark and Kyocera) but they are not standalone and the TWAIN software does not play well with device hub as both require user input on the scanner and never sends the scanned document back to device hub. Any recommendations of scanners that have worked for you? I’m current running 2020 R2, planning to upgrade to 2021 R1
Hey guys,Right now, the default selection of this ‘Company/Branch’ drop down menu is whatever branch you are currently working under. I would instead like the drop down menu to default to the entire company/tenant Any help is much appreciated
Hello, The generic inquiry for our push notifications includes several custom fields that are only used by downstream systems. They are not really part of the account data per se. So we want our push notifications to contain these fields, but don't necessarily want changes in these fields to trigger push notifications. Is this possible? Can a generic inquiry or push notification be configured such that a notification is only sent when certain fields are changed, but not others?Thank you for your help. Best regards, Dave
